POE7 – Liv Glam, Deluxe Body Factory, and Dellybeams Gem Gallery

Today I’m wearing a cute outfit from Liv Glam called “Shiver and Shake”.  It is one of the many wonderful hunt gifts that can be found in the Peace On Earth Hunt that is currently taking place all over the grid in Second Life.  I added the Celtic Black Pearl Earrings from Dellybeams Gem Gallery, also a gift prize in the hunt.  The skin I’m wearing is a lovely one from Deluxe Body Factory called “Dove” and it is also a gift prize in the POE Hunt.

Designer Showcase Group Gift

The dress that I am wearing is one of three group gifts available at The Designer Showcase.  It is from Liv Glam and is called “Heart Attack”.  I found my hair at FaMeSHeD, a lovely style called “Robin” from Wasabi Pills.  I’m wearing even.flow’s Ohm earrings that I found at Acid Lily Gallery.  I love that they were available in three metals and I chose the copper shade to wear with my dress.

Designer Showcase – Liv Glam and BSD Design Studio

The fun never ends at Designer Showcase!  Today I’m wearing Liv Glam’s gorgeous outfit called “I’m Into You”.  I love the tapestry texture of the halter top and the high waist pants are delightfully cut to create a gorgeous silhouette.  I’ve added a fantastic handbag from BSD Design Studio, also available at Designer Showcase.

LIV Glam @ Designer Showcase

The April edition of Designer Showcase is out and ready for your shopping pleasure!  I was certainly pleased by this gorgeous floral dress from LIV Glam!  It elegantly announces “spring” with deeper and richer colors than the usual pastels that we see this season.  It is beautifully designed and a joy to wear… the mesh is nice and “thick” so I can move about without my skin breaking through the mesh.  I really like that.  Some of my favorite mesh outfits look fantastic when I’m standing still, but have the problem of “break-through” skin showing as I move.  I’m not an expert by any means, just a consumer who notices such things and I have a deep appreciation for designers who make the mesh “thick” enough to avoid such problems.  “Thick” is my own word… one that I chose simply because I’m not well-versed in the mechanics and terminology of mesh creation and it seems to fit what I’m trying to describe. Special thanks to the designer for making such a quality item!

My hair is a wonderful style in a deep red tone from Wasabi Pills.  I love the way it frames my face!  My eyes are from IKON’s Horizon Eyes collection and love the way they are exquisitely highlighted.  Jewelry is from Purple Moon Creations, a set I picked up in a past hunt called “Margo”.  My skin is League’s Jen in DeepTan. 

I took the photo in my new and very empty house, the Midsomer Cottage from Pamela Galli.  I love this mesh house and hope to have it decorated soon.  The wall decor behind me is called Fly Away and is from What Next.

Designer Showcase Group Gift

I found a couple of free gifts today that were really lovely.  First, LIV-Glam’s Amy Winehouse Tribute Dress is the free group gift for the newest edition of Designer Showcase.  It is mesh and is really well made.  The textures are wonderful!

Next, Exile’s Violetta hair can be found in the subscribo history along with TWO other free hair gifts!  All are non-mesh hairs, include every color and are really nice! 

My jewelry is a favorite from Donna Flora, a set called Lorena.  As is all of Donna Flora’s jewelry, this set is simply exquisite.

My skin is Glam Affair’s Lilith and I’m wearing the Europa tone.  I really like the subtle makeup and the flawless look.

LIV-Glam @ Acid Lily Gallery

I received a notecard announcing that Acid Lily Gallery was new so I rushed over and quickly snapped up this lovely dress from LIV-Glam.  I love the texture and the cut of this dress… the sleeves are really well done!  This dress also comes with a texture change HUD and there are SEVEN different colors to choose from!

I added G Field’s Alex Strap Shoes in Lime…. I just love lime green!  My nails are Izzie’s Classic Nails and I’m wearing them in lime green as well. 🙂

My hair is a gorgeous style from Elikatira called Caramel.  I’m wearing Blonde 07 from the Essentials Collection.  It fits and moves with my avatar beautifully!  My skin is new from Al Vulo!, a very pretty skin called Julia.  I was delighted to find a set of mesh eyelashes included in the skin folder… the first set I’ve ever owned.  I found them very easy to adjust to fit my eyes and I’m a convert to mesh lashes now!
