Home… what a wonderful place.  After wandering aimlessly for the past year, I’ve found my way back to my beginnings and to the friends who shared that wonderful time with me.  The friends who never gave up on me… knowing that one day I’d return.  We were seperated by an unfortunate series of events and we each carry scars that only time and faith will heal, but we are stronger, wiser, full of grace, and blessed as a result. 🙂

It’s Not Mesh – Look #3

Today I’m showing you the gorgeous Elwing Gown from Purple Moon Creations.  It flows beautifully and the details are simply divine.  There are prim roses at the hip where the skirt opens to expose the leg and a scattering of roses up and down the dress.  I love the way it shimmers.

The bracelet and earrings are gifts from Chop Zuey… the bracelet is a group gift for members ($350L to join but well worth it) and the earrings are a free gift for everyone offered as part of Chop Zuey’s birthday celebration.  Special thanks to Chop Zuey’s creator, Belle Roussel, for being so generous with her customers and for making some of the most amazing jewelry in Second Life.

I adore this look and will wear it often.  And… it’s not mesh! 🙂

Acid Lily Gallery Newness

Acid Lily Gallery is fast becoming one of my favorite designer showcase events.  Each week there is a new collection on display and nothing in the shop is over $70L!  Today I made a quick trip and came away with this lovely mesh romper from BeReckless.  I simply adore the sweet colors and the look is so comfortable!

I also picked up a new shape, Lily from Yingy.  There were three sizes in the folder to choose from… short, medium, and tall.  I chose the tall version because my normal shape is quite tall and I like the view from up there… 😉

I was pleased to find that Lily fit the small mesh size (the size I normally wear) and I liked the way she fit into League’s Jen in Sunkiss skin. 🙂

This romper has a “summer at the beach” feel about it, so I added LeLutka’s Trend Hair in Sweeden to carry on with the theme.  Next I pulled jewelry from Glow Studio from my inventory and a cute bracelet from Sleeping Koala that doesn’t seem to be available anymore.  Maitreya Gold flip flops complete the look.

Fun in the sun… oh yeah!

Something New & Blue From Nilsy

This gorgeous blue dress is new from Nils Island Store.  I absolutely love the way the blue satin peplum looks in combination with the sequined dress.  The textures are wonderful and the look is simply fantastic! I added my favorite heels, Maitreya Gold Foxy in Silver and some pretty earrings and a ring from Dona Flora.  I was ready to go out on the town… or at least out for ice cream. 😉

I’m wearing my new favorite skin, League’s Jen in Deep Tan, and an elegant updo from Exile called Maylee.  After shopping for jewelry at Dona Flora, I wandered around the sim and found this fantastic spot for a photo.  :)

Vero Modero Easter Egg Hunt – Part 2
