Color Challenge Week 48 – Tangelo

I love citrus colors and tangelo is no exception!  I found this delightful romper dress at Tee*fy and I love the way it looks and fits so perfectly.  I added Maxi Gossamer’s Giselle Opal Set in tangerine (I know, tangerine is not tangelo, but it is close!).  The set includes earrings, necklace in three sizes, and a ring in two sizes.  My hair is new from LeLutka.  It is called Ella and I’m wearing it in the Marilyn shade.  I just love this hair!  I bought the “naturals” pack and I love that I can wear it as blonde, brown, red, and black!

I found the location for this shot by looking through the Destination Guide.  It’s called “The Garden” and looks to be quite an interactive sim with a game hud for sale at the entrance.  I’m sure I’ll be back to play the games. 🙂

Color Challenge Week 36 – Hot Cinnamon

I’m not really an orange gal, and admittedly have trouble with this color in most cases, but this one fell together easily.  Another great color in Luna Jubilee’s 52 Weeks of Color Challenge… Hot Cinnamon. 🙂

If A Picture Paints A Thousand Words

FireBird Designs has released a set of four off-shoulder shirts each with a great work of art on the front. It was hard to choose one to wear, but Mona really caught my eye. 🙂

I paired the shirt with my favorite non-mesh jeans from LeeZu and added Slink’s oh-so-awesome mesh feet and Ilena Sandals. The feet come with a fantastic hud to match skin and lots of nail colors.  The Ilena Sandals are made to work with the feet and there are lots of colors to choose from.

 

 

I’m wearing League’s Isla skin with a new shape that I picked up at The Black Market called Monica from DJ Designs.  My hair is a former group gift from Truth named Bunny and my earrings are from The Mustang Trading Post.

 

I picked up this wonderful stump table set at HappyMood and I absolutely love it!  The paint brushes come with the set and are a perfect accent for my Mona Lisa Top.

Now, if I only knew how to paint… 😉

If I Could, I Would

Here’s another eye-catching outfit from Dalraida Delwood’s FireBird Designs brand!  The outfit comes complete with the mesh thigh-high boots you see here and they fit wonderfully!  I added jewelry from a new-to-me shop, Mustang Trading Post.  I came across it today as I took advantage of the Lazy Sunday discounts.  Items in the shop have a Texas flair and I’ll definitely be shopping there again!

My hair is a wonderful new style from Wasabi Pills called Skye and I’m wearing the Wild Honey shade from the brown pack.  You can find it at the all new edition of Zombie Popcorn Brand. 🙂

Going Retro At The Black Market

The Black Market is now open in a new location with lots of wonderful items to choose from.  I found this fun retro print mesh dress from QE Designs and couldn’t wait to put it on!  I really like the colors and the print.  I paired it with Purple Moon Creation’s Bubble Earrings in Orange… a set of earrings that I’ve won not once but three times while shopping at Purple Moon!  (Another reason I love to shop at Purple Moon!)

My hair is the always lovely London Rain from Exile and I’m wearing it in Marone.  The skin I’m wearing is my latest favorite, Glam Affair’s Cassiopea in Jamaica.  Shoes are Mstyle’s Goshi pumps and nails are Izzie’s Metallic Nails.

It’s A Sakide, Purple Moon, & Truth Kind Of Day

Did I mention that Purple Moon Creations is having an easter egg hunt?  They are!  There are 10 eggs to be found, eight on the first floor of the store and two across the way in the Boho Shop.  Once found, you can buy an egg for $0L and you will receive the contents of the egg!  It is not a difficult hunt and can be completed in a short amount of time.  I’m showing three items from the hunt… the first is the gorgeous set of purple nails!  The second can be seen better in the photo below…. the purple ruffled pants.  The moment I put the pants on, I wanted to dance! :)

My top is a current Black Market item from Sakide.  It features a wonderful crocheted texture and is embellished with butterflies!  My shoes are a free Easter gift from Aleida.  My hair is a free gift from the Truth Hair subscribo…. a fun, young style called Bunny.  My jewelry was another egg hunt prized from Purple Moon Creations.  The pretty skin I’m wearing is the Atomic Grace skin in buff.  I picked it up for a low price at The Dressing Room Blue last week.
